Custom Manufactured Special Purpose Machinery

Typical applications include machinery for manufacturing a range of brake shoes, steering columns, and shock absorbers incorporating mig or tig welding stations: cells of standard machinery linked by robotic manipulators: special purpose resistance and projection welding machinery for alternator fans, fuses, and potentiometers. We also produce special assembly equipment for the high-volume production of electrical components, automotive components, and white goods. On a smaller scale we produce miniature equipment for fine applications as well. Typically these applications are in the battery, medical, electronic, and fuse assembly industries.

Many semi or fully automatic manufacturing cells incorporate lasers, ultrasonic, robotic handling arms, guns for glue/fluid injection and occasionally destructive or non-destructive test facilities. We employ the latest techniques and with sound engineering principles our manufacturing ability is highly recommended.
