We design, develop and manufacture friction machines for both existing and new products. We operate on a worldwide basis and have machinery in every industrial continent. From our roots as one of the pioneers in the manufacture of engine valves to the current day, we are renowned for the quality of our joining process.We produce a standard range of friction machines and equipment that caters for bar sizes from 4mm diameter to bar diameters in excess of 60mm. Forging capacities range from 0.25 tons to 100 tons.

All sales and service backup for friction machines is provided from the UK by our expert engineers and technicians. All machinery is validated at our works facility prior to shipment and our customers are invited to our premises to perform formal acceptance. In this way, we can ensure that our customers, both current and new, will have full confidence that the friction machine ordered, delivered, and installed is correct to specification and runs with minimum disturbance to production facilities.
