We have an established test and sample facility to provide spot welding customers with recommendations on spot welding schedules and equipment to suit their specific applications. We welcome customers to supply sample parts confident that our extensive range of equipment will provide a solution that suits and meets all needs.

The spot welding machines we supply come in many forms. We can provide them as complete systems or separate heads without weld control. The choice of spot welding controllers depends largely upon the application. For example, the spot welding of silver contacts will require very short synchronous weld times, whereas the welding of mild steel components is not so critical. At FPE, we will meet your unique and specific requirements, providing the right spot welder for the job. Our machines can also be supplied with full automation, linear or rotary transfer mechanisms and automatic feeding of components, should production requirements dictate.
